EPCOT – Images of Spaceship Earth

Nicknamed ‘The Golf Ball’ by many, Spaceship Earth is actually not a real sphere at all. It’s almost a complete circle, but is actually sitting on a base held up by four legs. Even so, I’ve yet to miss an opportunity to take a picture of it while visiting Epcot. There’s just something so photogenic about it.

I like how, although huge, Spaceship Earth can appear to be peeking out from behind other structures

For your next Disney vacation, why not take on a photography project: Pick one attraction or structure, like Spaceship Earth, and see how many different ways you can represent it.

Have fun!

The reason I love Spaceship Earth so much is the ride itself. It’s one of my favorite rides at WDW, and I know I’m in the minority. I did not get a chance to ride the previous versions of this ride, so I might be a little biased. However, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the soundtrack for this ride.
