On board the Disney Wonder, we opted for an inside stateroom, which turned out to be a good decision. We were on deck 6 and so very close to the center of the ship. This meant that we felt the rolling motion less than we would have if we had been on the outer sides.

One of the main highlights of our cruise was the excellent service we received from our stateroom Host. And besides keeping our stateroom clean, he brought us our Personal Navigators each day, and a little surprise:

And there was Sleepy chocolates!

After each time the stateroom was made up for us, chocolates were left along with our Personal Navigator and a different towel animal. On pirate night, the chocolates were in the shape of gold doubloons.

As for towel animals, we also had two swans (on our anniversary night) and a hanging monkey. Towel animals are also a feature at Walt Disney World resorts but we weren’t expecting them on our cruise! It was a nice touch.
