Pirates of the Caribbean Auctioneer and Redhead Figurines

We wants the Redhead!

One of the most popular rides at any Disney park it’s in is Pirates of the Caribbean, and one of the most memorable scenes is the Bride Auction scene. However, that scene has been changed and the Redhead is now a pirate!

But the funny thing about changing history is that remnants will always remain. Such as the collectible figurines we are featuring today.

The Walt Disney Classic Collection commemorated the original iconic scene in 2006 with this two piece set, featuring the auctioneer and the Redhead herself:

The auctioneer measures 10″ tall by 5″ wide by 3 1/2″ deep. The Auctioneer features a brass earring, pewter sword, chain, and whip handle. The medallion is pewter and red glass. The whip is made of leather.

The Redhead measures 9″ tall by 4″ wide by 4″ deep. Her hair and hat are pewter.

They each have the Tea Cup production mark.

So how do you feel about the Redhead’s change in Pirates of the Caribbean? Yay, nay, or Arghh!
